Creating the Right Product - Combining Design thinking With Agile Development

This 1-day interactive class presents Design Thinking customer-centered tools for creating new service, product and organization innovation platforms, providing the front-end for Agile Development to achieve more effective product development and servitization.

Agile Development is helping organizations and businesses step up their innovation efforts with rapid prototyping and user input.

However, we know many new products fail because customers don’t want them, and Agile Development only pays off when it is powered by a compelling value proposition that is inspired by real customer needs.

Design Thinking complements Agile Development by ensuring development starts by integrating real customer, technology and business opportunities.

The Goal of this class is to give participants a grounding in Design Thinking so they can empower Agile Development - helping their organizations build the right services and the right products for market impact.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

The class is aimed at Directors, Managers and Designers involved with development of products and services delivered via Software and Hardware. The class will be useful for anyone designing or managing innovation and design.
